In an exciting business development, Fonality (News - Alert), rapidly-growing provider of cloud telephony and unified communications solutions, will work with Metro Offices, a workspace solutions provider to improve workforce productivity.
Metro Offices selected Fonality to support its cloud-based business communications solutions because of Fonality’s flexibility, user-friendly interface, and unique mobile capabilities. Kelly Bedsole, vice president of sales and marketing for Metro Offices, stated, “Our clients demand resources that adapt to their specific business requirements, and meeting their diverse communications needs has always been a challenge. Fonality allows us to adapt unique communications functionality around our clients’ business model.”
Fonality’s solutions have already been deployed at Metro Offices’ location in Arlington, Va. The solutions are scheduled to deploy throughout the additional eight locations over the next year. Ultimately, the integration will support more than 1,500 users.
“Now, they can communicate more efficiently to work smarter and be more productive. Plus, access to advanced presence and collaboration tools has been prohibitive from a cost and technical standpoint. With Fonality, we have a true technology and service differentiator that only Metro Offices provides,” continued Bedsole.
Metro Offices’ clients typically work outside a physical office environment, which requires a uniquely compatible unified communications solution. Fittingly, Fonality’s innovative Heads Up Display (HUD) product enables users to seamlessly manage voice, text, email, and chat to simplify communication and improve overall productivity.
Eric Borrmann, Fonality’s chief operating officer, stated, “Metro Offices delivers a revolutionary office environment for growing businesses, and Fonality is proud to offer an unmatched communications experience that complements today’s flexible workforce. No matter where they choose to work, Metro Offices’ clients can leverage Fonality to transcend the conventional office through rich UC capabilities. Together, we are improving the way people work without the limits of legacy communications technology.”
