Big news in the cloud telephony sector today: Fonality has unveiled its platform for Unified Communications (News - Alert) as part of its Connect cloud communications solution. As a leading provider of cloud telephony solutions, Fonality brings this unified communications solution to market for small and mid-size businesses, allowing them to gain access to “Fortune 500-type” contact center capabilities, according to company sources.
With features such as drag and drop call management, real-time contact center metrics, and visual voicemail, Fonality’s (News - Alert) solution brings simple and affordable cloud capabilities to SMB’s and mid-level companies.
Dean Mansfield, CEO of Fonality stated, “Small and mid-size businesses are the backbone of our economy, and Fonality is enabling these companies to communicate better and make faster decisions. Bringing Fonality’s cloud-based Unified Communications capability to small and mid-size businesses streamlines how companies interact and collaborate at a price point they can afford. Quite simply, we’re going to change the way these businesses communicate.”
The solution is available at the affordable price of $30 per user, per month, to start. Fonality provides businesses with a Unified Communications dashboard called HUD, which stands for Heads Up Display. Fonality’s products allow businesses to streamline processes and improve overall productivity with an easy-to-use dashboard that connects applications with phones and desktop interfaces. Including email and text capabilities, the solution also offers presence and activity monitoring. Stacy Gentile, president of Invigra Sales stated, “It’s the perfect system. I couldn’t ask for anything more. We improved customer response time and now have instant collaboration between employees. Fonality’s solutions help us be more responsive to our customers.”
Last week, TMC (News - Alert) reported Fonality’s decisive move of its headquarters to Plano, Texas.
