Soffront Enterprise CRM 10.0 Upgrades to the Latest Version of Microsoft .NET

Soffront Software, an award-winning provider of customer relationship management (CRM), has released the latest version of its enterprise CRM suite. Version 10.0 offers a number of noteworthy improvements over previous iterations, most notably a complete technology upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft .NET (News - Alert), an improved user interface and easier integration with third-party applications.


This major release comes shortly after Soffront's enhancement of its integrated CRM solution with a robust scheduling module aimed at the service industry.

The upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft .NET offers enterprise CRM 10.0 greater speed and performance than prior versions and, since it is browser agnostic, it supports all popular browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Of course, users can run Soffront enterprise CRM in the cloud or on-premise, with the latter option now supporting both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows 2008.

Likewise, Soffront's popular Outlook integration add-on supports 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows and Microsoft Office.

This release also includes a number of minor improvements, largely based on improving the overall experience of Soffront enterprise CRM. For example, users will now be automatically reconnected to CRM with their work preserved in the event of a connection loss or session timeout.

Furthermore, enterprise CRM 10.0 sports an improved user interface geared toward productivity, leveraging the familiarity of browser tabs to enhance ease of use and improve the multitasking experience. Users can also personalize the home screen with widgets and shortcuts through drag-and-drop functionality, while context sensitive menus allow easier access to common operations.
