Ntractive, a provider of cloud CRM solutions, has upgraded its Mac CRM solution Elements CRM, a cloud-based Mac customer relationship management (CRM) solution for Mac business and enterprise.
The new version - Elements CRM 5.0 - comes with an Enterprise Edition and an upgrade to the next generation Mac CRM cloud. It also includes a new service offering of free e-mail support and is available immediately.
"The Enterprise Edition and its powerful new features give sales organizations even more reason to use Elements CRM to manage their business," said Justin Bartak, CEO of Ntractive, in a statement. "We're building valuable tools that sales teams require, and we are doing it all on Mac and iOS devices."
The new Enterprise Edition in Elements CRM 5.0 includes opportunity tracking, deals, additional document storage, more than 100 interactive analytic maps, charts and gauges and many other new features. The Elements CRM 5.0 upgrade also includes more than 400 updates to the existing Small Business and Professional Editions.
In line with the cloud CRM upgrade, Ntractive also launched its next-generation cloud. The new enhanced cloud makes the Elements CRM cloud a perfect solution for businesses that need guaranteed uptime, security, speed, scalability and flexibility, the company said.
As part of the Elements CRM 5.0 launch, Ntractive also announced a new offering of unlimited free e-mail support to all of their clients. E-mail support was previously a paid service. Phone (News - Alert) support will continue as a pay-per-incident service.
According to Jennie Belanus, Ntractive's COO, providing unlimited e-mail support will enhance user-experience and help customers implement Elements CRM across their entire organization more effectively.
Small Business pricing of Elements CRM starts at $24.95/user/month; Professional pricing starts at $49.95/user/month and Enterprise pricing starts at $69.95/user/month.
