Specialty Pharma Picks Private Cloud CRM Solution from StayinFront

StayinFront, a provider of customer relationship software, announced that a specialty pharmaceutical company has appointed the company as its cloud CRM provider in the UK.

The UK-founded specialty pharma selected StayinFront EdgeRx cloud CRM solution to be deployed to meet the requirements of its varied user groups. The CRM is offered through a private cloud platform hosted by StayinFront.

Speed and the very best in usability, reporting and analytics for field teams come together with StayinFront EdgeRx,” said Wayne Gallaway, managing director EMEA for StayinFront, in a statement. “It delivers leading-edge functionality and flexibility in weeks."


StayinFront EdgeRx CRM solution features a powerful integrated analytics that allows home office users to analyze any data within system without having to rely on a third-party solution provider. The solution can be implemented within weeks.

“StayinFront EdgeRx makes it trouble-free to easily and quickly view key information to take action incisively for all users, including sales representatives and managers,” company officials said in a press release.

In addition to cloud CRM solutions, StayinFront also provides on-premise solutions, as well as mobile CRM solutions for a variety of devices such Androids, iPhones and iPads. These solutions are designed to improve sales force effectiveness both within the enterprise and on the field.

The pharmaceutical industry is facing more change and challenge than ever – the patent cliff, increased regulations, pricing pressures, and limited physician access, to name a few. These unprecedented changes are forcing companies to rapidly adapt their sales and marketing models to stay ahead.

A recent TMCnet article says that more pharmaceutical companies are switching to cloud CRM solutions, according to Veeva, a provider of CRM solutions. In less than three months, more than a dozen small- to medium-sized (SMB) life science companies in the U.S. have selected multitenant, cloud-based Veeva customer relationship management (CRM), according to the company.
