Analytic Stress Relieving Employs Soffront CRM to Enhance Sales Department

Soffront Software, Inc, a provider of customer relationship management software, announced that Analytic Stress Relieving, Inc. (ASRI) is using Soffront’s CRM to enhance its sales department. ASRI is a specialty contractor providing heat treating services to the energy industry, primarily refining, power generation (fossil and nuclear) petrochemical, fabrication, off-shore and pulp & paper.

“We were looking for a long-term relationship with a company that could help us better organize our work, improve performance, cut down on duplicity, and in general be a part of a growing family,” explained Paul Douglas, national contracts coordinator at ASRI. “Initially we will be using the CRM for basic sales functions, but Soffront has numerous aspects that I look forward to phasing in over the next 2-3 years.”

ASRI selected Soffront for its simple user interface and quality customer service. Soffront’s CRM solutions include sales force automation, marketing automation, helpdesk, project management and defect tracking, back office support and customer support software.

“The complexity and multi-window applications of the other CRM systems immediately disqualified them for us, along with sales and engineering personnel who did not understand customer service,” said Douglas.

“Our sales team will now be able to easily compile lists of customers, have easy access to sales call reports, create reminders, and keep electronic records of incoming and outgoing e-mails directly linked to the customer contacts,” Douglas continued.
