TOPEX MultiSwitch Helps Combridge Integrate with Carrier-Grade Softswitch Solution

Provider of telecommunication applications TOPEX (News - Alert) has offered a solution to Combridge for signaling and conversion called TOPEX multiSwitch.

A carrier-grade Softswitch CLASS 4 & CLASS 5 solution, it provides call-control, multiple services and multiple types of signaling, according to company officials.

Company officials said that this solution has enabled Combridge, a member of Deutsche Telekom (News - Alert) Group, to successfully complete the integration with BillBery VoIP billing software.

Csenteri Levente, CEO at Combridge, said that they have chosen TOPEX and JeraSoft because “we consider that they have one of the most flexible solutions available in the market.”

TOPEX multiSwitch and JeraSoft BillBerry allow the company to maintain a high level of profitability and customer satisfaction, perfectly matching its needs of communication, Levente said.

“Our good experience in the telecommunication products and the services related to them, allows us to think that both companies provide reliability and we are confident that our cooperation will bring excellent results for all sides,” Levente said.

A JeraSoft carrier-grade VoIP billing solution, BillBery allows loading and processing CDR-files, and at the same time provides complete integration via RADIUS-protocol. In addition, this system also gives an opportunity to implement absolutely any billing scenarios, which provide the support of both prepaid and postpaid business models.

“By deploying our equipment for interconnection purposes, we had one more time the chance to demonstrate our capabilities and expertise in the NGN field,” said Constantin Dumitrescu, sales and marketing director at TOPEX.

Situated in the center of the TOPEX Next Generation Networks (News - Alert) architecture, TOPEX multiSwitch is a flexible solution intended for small and medium companies who intend to offer voice services to their clients on a pay as you grow basis.

Company officials said that the platform comprises the most extensive range of signaling protocols in the same equipment providing call-control intelligence for establishing, maintaining, touring and terminating voice calls. In addition, it serves as an interface for enhanced service and application platforms.

“Our BillBery billing software together with TOPEX multiSwitch architecture proved to be fully compatible in the interoperability tests for Combridge and we are prepared to ensure the success of our partners and to maintain our high reliability standards,” said Dmitry Mazur, CEO at JeraSoft Development.

BillBery Billing and Management solution has been already interconnected with several companies around the world and it is consider to be highly reliable and cost-effective for small and medium operators.

Earlier this year, TOPEX released its GSM/UMTS small capacity gateway with VoIP interfaces, called Mobilink (News - Alert) IP.
