IEX Recognizes Contact Center Success- Convergys Among the Winners

IEX Corporation, provider of workforce optimization and management technology announced yesterday the winners of this years IEXcellence Awards.
The winners were announced at the 12th annual TotalView User Conference, a workforce management user conference held at the Hyatt Regency in Dalton Dallas April 24-27. Winners received recognition in the categories of Best Practice and Process Improvement.
Convergys was recognized for their best practices and their BPO services were noted for providing services such as billing, human resources administration and customer care.
Other award recipients in the category of best practices included: American Electric Power Company Inc., AAA Oregon/Idaho and Bank of America. In the category of Process Improvement, The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., Safeco Corporation and TravelCLICK Inc. all received recognition.
"The IEXcellence award program honors contact centers that have taken their organizations to new levels of efficiency and effectiveness by successfully implementing workforce management best practices and continuing to seek areas for operational improvement," said IEX President Debbie May in a statement to the press.
"The award recipients and all of the applicants have achieved substantial results. We are proud to have played a role in their success."
