Ukraine is holding its annual event in Ukraine in the field of telecommunications in the B2B format, focused on business solutions optimization.

The popular event "Call Centers & CRM Kyiv 2011" is going to be held from April 14-15, 2011 and is supported by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Ministry of Economy, American Chamber of Commerce, Ukrainian Banking Association.

This central event in the field of IT communication will serve as a meeting place for both the service provider and the customer. At this exhibition, potential customers will get a chance to select a proper call center or CRM system.

If you are attending this event, you will be able to learn the difference between two service providers and get answers to all questions by listening to the reports and visiting stands.

According to a release, the number of participants exceeded 1,000 people in 2010 despite the financial crisis. Last year, the event was graced by companies from Russia, Turkey, Romania, Poland, the United States and Israel.

In 2010, about 30 companies either individually or jointly demonstrated their services at the exhibition. Those who participated in the exhibition, got a chance to listen to 22 reports, visited the workshops and participated in round tables.

Organizers on the event note in a press release that "Call Centers & CRM Kyiv 2011" will exceed all expectations of the participants!

The organizers of this event also claim that the reports will be evaluated on-line by the forum's participants in accordance with a "like - not like" system, and the results displayed.

This will not only improve the report quality but will also allow visitors to express their opinions.
