CallRex Solutions Now Available on SaaS Platform

Telrex (News - Alert), provider of the CallRex suite of IP call recording and call center optimization solutions has announced the availability of a subscription-based pricing model for all CallRex solutions. Such a pricing model allows companies to simply pay a monthly fee for the number of users being recorded.

 
In the current economic environment, companies are continuing to look for areas where costs can easily be cut. At the same time, to maintain a competitive advantage, these companies are striving to improve service levels, operating efficiencies, and meet compliance and legal obligations.

Telrex is the first company of its kind to offer all of its solutions under subscription-based licensing.
