Five9 Awarded Product of the Year for Cloud Computing Platform for Call Centers

Call center software provider, Five9 Inc. won an award for its cloud computing platform by TMC’s (News - Alert) 2009 Product of the Year Customer Interaction Solutions magazine, the leading publication covering CRM, call centers and teleservices since 1982.


TMC’s CEO Rich Tehrani (News - Alert) said that Five9 was awarded for its hard work and successful platform. 

According to Five9’s CTO, Jim Dvorkin, the cloud computing platform for call centers and the Five9 developer program have gained industry acceptance since their introduction.

What’s more, after being recently featured in the “best in class” report for their dynamic systems and reporting 2009 as a record year for the company, the TMC award only solidifies Five9’s outstanding service capabilities. 

 “This award confirms the value of the platform to our customers, partners, and developer community,” Dvorkin said. “Developers and I.T. professionals are anxious to develop customized call center applications on our Cloud Computing Platform.”
 
By allowing call center professionals to build native software integrations between Five9’s on-demand call center software and other enterprise applications, the system offers unparallel advantages to almost any business application.
 
“Five9 has demonstrated excellence in call center technologies as well as providing ROI for the companies that use them,” Tehrani said. 

“Call centers across a range of horizontal functions can integrate Five9’s call center software to create unified agent desktops or build industry-specific solutions,” Five9 officials said. 

In addition to a successful cloud computing platform, call centers can use the Five9 developer program as a complimentary application to gain access to customer-grade development. 

By supporting full on-demand inbound and outbound call center capabilities, the Five9 cloud computing platform gives companies a wide variety of support to improve productivity and ultimate success for its customer base, as well as its own profitability. And if that's not worth an award, I don't know what is.
