Earlier this year, call center software provider Five9, announced it partnered with Lead360, a provider of lead management software, to offer a more effective sales approach for a variety of industries.
Specifically, the partnership brought together Five9’s on-demand predictive dialer with Lead360’s lead management solutions – offering sales professionals a way to improve sales effectiveness.
Not only does this combination help to close leads faster, it is also beneficial for more productive calls, faster speed to contact and offers more accurate data.
A new white paper from Five9 and Leads360, “1+1=3 Integrating Sales Technologies for Exponential Results,” highlights the benefits achieved with their combined offering. According to the white paper, “with integrated predictive dialing and lead management, companies are finding they have a solution that is greater then the sum of its parts, delivering measurable value across the organization. “
To help make winning sales pitches, Five9 feeds detailed customer data from Leads360 into the predictive dialing system and directs scripts in a more customized, targeted way. The combined solution can also tell sales teams who they should call first and the best way to reach them – in a bid to increase potential revenues.
In addition, the white paper notes that integrated lead management and dialing offer managers and supervisors the visibility into activities and effectiveness of their sales efforts. Armed with actionable data, managers can make informed decision about what leads providers to buy and help inexperienced agents improve their performance quickly.
