ISI Brings its Call Accounting Solutions to Cisco Live

As a leading provider of call accounting and telecom management solutions for unified communications, ISI (News - Alert) Telemanagement Solutions will be exhibiting at the Cisco (News - Alert) Live conference in Las Vegas from July 10 to 14, in booth 2064.
ISI is a Cisco Developer Network member and will be showing a mobile application for Infortel Select, the company’s call accounting and usage management solution.
The solution helps customers reduce telecom costs, improve employee productivity, and increase revenues for organizations overall. ISI will be displaying this development at its Technology Preview presentation at the conference.
ISI’s director of Product Strategy, Mitchell Weiss, stated, "Today, businesses are mobile and ISI is responding with a call accounting solution that will enable our customers to access their critical usage reports from a Smartphone or tablet.”
Supplying call accounting and telecom management solutions since 1978, ISI helps businesses streamline their telecom costs for data, wireless, voice, and unified communications processes. The company’s Infortel Select solution will reportedly be available in an HTML5-based mobile version accessible from any remote point via a tablet or smartphone.
Weiss continued, “This application, for example, would be perfect for a Customer Service Manager who wants constant access to Abandoned Call Reports throughout the day, but isn't always sitting at a desk."
