Business phone system provider Nuvio (News - Alert) recently won an award from an industry publication for its nPBX solution, which provides a full-service telecom system priced at a point affordable for small businesses.
The award was bestowed by IP World Magazine. Nuvio won that publication’s Top 10 PBX
Provider Editors Choice Award. In a review of Nuvio’s solution, IP World praised the company’s nPBX BYOD and nPBX Unlimited packages for their scalability.
“Some of the virtual PBX (News - Alert) systems that we reviewed have a certain limit on the number of extensions that you can use with the service,” the magazine said in its review. “However this is one that can be scaled according to the needs of your company.”
For an extra $5 apiece per month (added to the base price of $45 per month), Nuvio’s nPBX BYOD and nPBX Unlimited packages, IP
World noted, allows for any number of virtual extensions, virtual mailboxes and virtual phone lines. Further, there are no usage limits with the Unlimited plan.
The IP World review also praised the many features, available as options, that Nuvio offers with its business phone system.
“We think you’ll be impressed by many of the other features available with nPBX plans that include follow-me and find me service, three way calling, inbound caller ID, blast groups, simultaneous ringing, speed dialing, outbound number blocking and many other services,” the magazine said in its review.
Nuvio is hardly resting on any laurels it might be granted. The company continues to evolve its nPBX solutions as industry needs change. For example, Nuvio recently added inbound fax capabilities to nPBX.
The inbound fax feature, Personal Fax, was added in response to demand from a growing client base of small to medium-sized businesses that use Internet-based business phone systems and want to tie faxing into those networks.
