3rd Party Remote Call Monitoring Provider LabTech Software Teams up with Axcient

LabTech Software, a provider of a 3rd party remote call monitoring and management solution and Axcient, Inc., a company that powers data backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery services to small and mid-sized businesses (SMB), have joined forced to seamlessly integrate the company’s innovative offerings.

Through this integration, users will be able to leverage Axcient’s on-premise disaster recovery solution combined with LabTech's discovery, detection and collection system that be accessed via any SNMP-enabled Axcient device on the network, a press release revealed.

According to the release, LabTech’ 3rd party remote call monitoring solution is key to effectively monitoring device configuration changes, system information, updates, recent reboots, backup job status, failures, and hardware information. The solution also has the ability to be customized to the individual needs of any organization allowing for dramatically enhanced visibility into how a system is working.
