CallFire Releases International Version of Cloud Call Center Software

By Kelly McGuire, TMCnet Editor

It seems as it many companies in the call center industry are focusing their 2010 efforts on broadening their professional horizons in the international market.

One specific company, California-based open-source VoIP consultancy company CallFire.com, is doing just that by releasing an international version of cloud call center software.

“CallFire’s international cloud call center from anywhere in the world to anywhere in the world,” company officials said.

How can this help you?

As a proven, effective, political campaign in the United States, CallFire’s cloud call center can now be used for campaigning anywhere in the world.

So, for Brazil’s Oct. 3, 2010 election, if the campaign volunteers use the international cloud call center provided by CallFire, they can inform the population about why to vote for a specific candidate.

Another example would be for countries, states or cities that are in need of disaster relief recovery to use a system like CallFire’s new international to reach out to donors for ongoing relief help.

Since the Indonesian government kept a list of donors from the 2004 hurricane that spanned from the United States to Japan to the Netherlands, using the CallFire cloud call center software to reach all of these donors for new disaster recovery donations allows for communication capabilities all over the world.

As only some of the many universal functionalities of this system, a user can adapt the software to fit each companies needs and goals, whether they’re in the United States, Australia or anywhere in between.
