By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

Drishti-Soft Solutions, a communications solutions provider, reportedly has launched a comprehensive communications suite, called “DACX Ameyo,” for emerging contact centers and enterprises.

The service-oriented architecture and model-driven, architecture-based technology platform offers telco-grade reliability, scalability, rapid application development, deployment flexibility along with multi-tenancy capabilities, according to Drishti.

The products introduction follows what company officials call the successful launch of their flagship product, the “DACX Contact Center Suite.” The suite has been deployed in enterprises in India and Philippines in the past two years.

DACX Ameyo is an all-in-one communication suite for enterprises offering next-generation information and communications management capabilities. Contact centers around the world demand communications management capabilities such as automatic call distributor, IP-PBX (News - Alert), computer-telephony integration, interactive voice response, predictive dialer, voice logger, presence, unified messaging and reporting.

Several enterprises are already using DACX Ameyo. DACX Ameyo, which has won technology awards such as IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award 2008 and Member’s Choice Award 2008, has been powering business processes at Motilal Oswal Securities, a leading financial advisory firm and Damas, a global jewelry brand.

Drishti-Soft Solutions, whose solutions are running at more than 200 client locations in India, Bangladesh, Philippines, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, offers communication flows with application integration and collaboration capabilities across multiple media.

DACX Ameyo has been designed to offer business packages on hosted, on-premise and hybrid models, for verticals such as telecom, banking, finance, security and insurance, healthcare, travel and hospitality. Sectors such as telecom, BFSI, healthcare, travel and hospitality are some of the fastest-growing sectors in emerging markets.

Drishti officials say there are a number of benefits to the users of DACX Ameyo. Main benefits include ability to meet changing business requirements, telco-grade reliability in software with distributed architecture, lower hardware and technology investments, and the abilities to leverage existing applications and integrate with communication infrastructures.
