Justin, a member of the System Architecture team within the Research and Development function at Sonus Networks, is in part responsible for defining product and solution architectures for the next wave of Sonus Networks strategic initiatives. Prior to this position, Justin had a hands-on engineering career spanning 10 years at Sonus Networks, developing software on several products and has held a range of technical positions, including the distinction of Software Engineering Fellow. Prior to joining Sonus, Justin worked on circuit switched and VoIP platforms at Lucent Technologies/ATT.

Ingrid is a member of the Sonus Networks, Communication Applications business unit. Her current focus is the delivery of session based communication solutions and enabling the introduction of UC applications across enterprise and carrier markets. Ingrid has over 20 yrs of experience in data, telecommunications and Unified Communications having held various positions including engineering support, product management, sales and product marketing. Prior to joining Sonus, Ingrid lead UC Infrastructure product marketing efforts at Avaya and held various positions within product management and marketing at Nortel.
