Telinta Launches Special Promo for New ISPs and WISPs Looking to Add VoIP Services

By Erik Linask March 16, 2020

At a time when every service providers are in heavy competition for subscriber revenue, the ability to increase ARPU by adding new services and increasing their value to customers is critical to their success.  Adding value is particularly important for ISPs and WISPs who are competing with MSOs and other carriers bundling connectivity with other subscriber services, including voice and video services.

Cloud-based softswitch and billing solutions provider Telinta is looking to help ISPs add voice services to their portfolios.  With Telinta’s TeliCore platform, ISPs and WISPs can add hosted PBX (News - Alert), residential VoIP, SIP trunking, and other voice services to their customers.  That includes a brandable mobile VoIP solution, which Telinta added to its solution last summer, as well as a number of new features to its mobile and desktop softphones it introduced at ITEXPO 2020 in February.

“Telinta (News - Alert) is often approached by ISPs and other technology providers who want to add voice to their offer,” said Telinta CEO Alex Ferdman.  “Our TeliCore platform helps them offer highly-scalable and brandable voice services, quickly and easily.”

Importantly, the Telinta solution doesn’t require providers to deploy hardware or software, instead configuring their services through Telinta’s hosted platform.  The solution includes integrated real-time billing and a customizable invoice tool that enables providers to brand and customize their invoices, and to include their other services to the invoices to be able to deliver a single invoice for all services.

The billing platform enables a wide range of payment options, and manages both pre- and postpaid voice services.

As the number of OTT content services continues to increase, overpriced bundled services, like the traditional triple play, are losing value.  Subscribers want to be able to choose what content they pay for, and OTT services, like Hulu (News - Alert), Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, and others offer them an opportunity to do that, in addition to letting them consume content when and where they want it.

This is an opportunity for ISPs and WISPs, who can deliver the network connectivity, to increase their value by offering the services subscribers want – without making them pay for those they don’t.

Telinta is currently running a special offer for new providers signing for its services in the form of a $400 credit on their first monthly invoice.

Coming to the brand new Miami Beach Convention Center June 22-25, 2021, the TechSuperShow featuring ITEXPO, MSP Expo, SD-WAN Expo, Future of Work Expo, and several other collocated events, will once again combine an unprecedented opportunity for education and networking.  Enterprises and MSPs, service providers and carriers, MSPs, channel partners, will all have access to the latest content and products and services that are driving business success.
