New AireSpring Division Enables MVNOs to Rapidly Enter, Grow Market Share

By Greg Tavarez March 02, 2023

AireSpring is a well-known MSP and next-gen aggregator specializing in managed IT, network services and unified communications (with its presence in the traditional voice, data, UCaaS, and managed services sectors for the past two decades).

Now, AireSpring (News - Alert) looks to bring its robust expertise to the mobility arena with the formation of its new division, AireSpring Wireless.

AireSpring Wireless is a mobile virtual network enabler, or MVNE, that empowers and supports wireless voice, data and IoT solutions to MVNEs with a complete product offering. That offering includes a turnkey platform, as well as fully integrated front-end and back-end tools enabling a seamless end-user customer experience.

For those not familiar with MVNEs, they typically handle the technical aspects of the mobile network and provide a range of services that include mobile network connectivity, billing and customer care, network infrastructure and value-added services such as mobile payments, messaging and content management.

On top of the network infrastructure and services, an MVNE platform provides MVNOs flexibility, scalability, and cost-savings to help make mobile services more accessible to customers.

The new AireSpring division is taking it a step further by revolutionizing the MVNO industry through a comprehensive platform that enables MVNOs to rapidly enter and grow market share.

The AireSpring Wireless MVNE platform is built on a SaaS (News - Alert) infrastructure that allows AireSpring’s partners to rapidly build and run their operations efficiently with a full set of capabilities for day-to-day activities, including enhanced functionality designed to manage SIM and device inventory, customers, and plan options.

AireSpring’s brandable eSIM, customer care, and international calling cross-platform iOS, Android (News - Alert), and web applications provide end-users with the tools they need to easily self-manage their accounts, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.

“Our considerable investment in software and infrastructure allows us to offer our MVNO customers a superior solution that takes advantage of modern technology to drive frictionless sign-up, low effort self-service and improved customer satisfaction,” said Avi Lonstein, CEO of AireSpring.

Airespring Senior Vice President of Mobility David Hess is leading this division.
