Coordinated Systems Integrates Virtual Observer with Clarity Connect, Skype for Business

It’s been interesting to see which companies have stepped forward to integrate their solution for Microsoft’s (News - Alert) Skype for Business since the communications platform’s subtle rebranding last year. However, it seems Coordinated Systems, Inc. (CSI) has managed the most interesting integration to date through a strategic relationship with Clarity (News - Alert), a long-time Lync Qualified solutions provider.


With this partnership, CSI has integrated Clarity Connect, Clarity’s best-of-breed contact center, with Skype for Business. This integrated offering will enable both Clarity and CSI (News - Alert) to deliver a robust contact center solution for Skype for Business that boasts complete WFO functionality.

Earlier in the year, CSI said that WFO is set for big things this year and it seems the company plans to play an active role in this. Companies that use Clarity Connect version 4.0 or later now have the option to select Virtual Observer within the Clarity Connect Administration Console, making it easy to extend WFO and quality assurance functionalities to a broad, new customer base. It’s an equally attractive proposition for companies looking to gain additional benefits from their investment in Skype (News - Alert) for Business, after all.

To facilitate this integration, Product Development teams from both companies collaborated to ensure the products interact seamlessly. Going forward, Clarity and CSI will also work closely on joint sales and marketing efforts for the integrated offering, ensuring each company’s partner program is able to leverage the new integration.
