TantaComm Delivers Standardized Call Recording Platform

TantaComm (News - Alert), a provider of call recording, call compliance, and quality management solutions for BPOs, has announced the launch of “Centralize” that provides a consolidated platform for call recording and quality monitoring.


The new product is a standardized version of the different configurations of the company’s already existing call recording and call monitoring solutions offered for a variety of customers.  With the new Centralize, customers can aggregate call recordings from multiple call center operations and platforms into a centralized location for streamlined quality monitoring, consolidated data analysis, and long-term retention. 

Customers also benefit from efficient media format conversion processes that facilitate aggregation of call recordings regardless of call recording platforms. The centralized and secure cloud solution aggregates and retains customer interaction for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

"We understand that in many circumstances, organizations are managing internal and/or outsourced call center operations across varied call recording platforms and quality monitoring processes," said Ruben Moffett, chief operating officer, TantaComm, in a statement.  "Centralize is a solution to help standardize these disparate operations into a singular platform facilitating economies of scale and consistency."

The call recording solution can be implemented as a stand-alone product or seamlessly integrated with the TantaComm IQ product suite.

TantaComm IQ product suite consists of a call recording software (Capture), call compliance solution (Protect) and call quality management solution (Evaluate).

The company introduced the TantaComm Protect suite of solutions in April this year. The solution enables BPOs to address 12 PCI (News - Alert)-DSS requirements while ensuring the security of recorded interactions. The TantaComm Protect effectively builds on the company’s current PCI compliance enablement product. TantaComm Protect is a prominent source of compliance recording and quality management solutions for Business Process Outsourcers (BPO).

TantaComm Capture was also released this year. The software is designed to maximize operational efficiency at Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies.
