LogiSense (News - Alert) Corporation, a provider of billing software, services, and solutions to the telecom, hosted communications, convergent, and broadband industries, recently announced that its LogiSense EngageIP Billing solution has been selected by TruMobility, a provider of integrated mobile and cloud voice communication solutions. The solution will support the entire billing of TruMobility’s converged services.
The EngageIP solution is designed to help communication service providers (CSP (News - Alert)) improve operational efficiency, while delivering high-quality customer service in today's competitive marketplace. The solution can quickly support current and future services, product offerings, and business models, and leverage the entire subscriber base while delivering proven and measurable business value every step of the way.
EngageIP solution is designed to automate, optimize, and simplify clients’ back-office requirements, such as billing, order management, rating, taxing, invoice presentment, and customer self-care, allowing them to stay ahead of their competitors with new service offerings, and improved operational efficiency.
Recently, Roadpost Satcom Inc., a Canadian provider of distribution of mobile satellite products and services, chose to deploy the LogiSense EngageIP Billing and OSS platform. The solution connected to Roadpost's online commerce portals, creating seamless handling of customer transactions, account information, synchronization, product fulfilment, trouble ticket case management and most importantly, an enhanced experience for the customer.
“After evaluating multiple vendors we found LogiSense uniquely capable in their ability to support the wireline and wireless components to our business. Moreover, they are flexible and willing to accommodate our unique business requirements,” says Marcus Coya, Vice President at TruMobility
"TruMobility’s decision to select EngageIP Billing reflects the value that our product can bring to service providers, both in terms of flexibility and the ability to more quickly roll out new services," added Flavio Gomes, president at LogiSense. “We are pleased with the success of this deployment and look forward to supporting their growth now and in the future."
