Tone Software is now offering a ReliaTel Service Success Pack for Avaya (News - Alert) IP Office, a solution that lets Managed Service Providers deliver profitable managed services for the Avaya IP Office market.
It comes as more customers need remote monitoring and remote managed services.
“It’s really a turnkey solution that’s designed to provide managed service providers with everything that’s really needed to be successful to deliver … profitable managed services for this fast-growing IP Office market segment,” Paul Wiggins, director of UC Strategies, Tone Software (News - Alert), said in a podcast recorded at the recent International Avaya Users Group (IAUG) show held in Dallas.
It is both economical and easy to deploy, he added in an interview with Gary Audin (News - Alert), president of Delphi.
The ReliaTel Service Success Pack combines Tone Software’s premier Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Unified Communications (UC) Management software and business resources which help Managed Service Providers sell, market and support Avaya IP Office service offerings, according to a company statement. It also includes marketing and sales materials. In addition, it helps customers understand market and revenue streams. There are sample business plans, as well, that have been proven over time based on experience.
“We have a deep, deep experience with working with our globally-based managed service providers,” Wiggins said. “Seeing them grow their revenue, we learn with them, and they are able to help transfer that knowledge to groups that are either looking to get into managed services or reboot their managed services. That’s part of the package itself.”
To minimize costs along the way, especially at smaller businesses, the solution offers businesses a lot of benefits.
“As the IP Office continues to scale not just in size but in breadth of functionality, we’re adding layers of complexity in the UC environment,” Wiggins said. “The end users that are actually consuming and utilizing these UC applications really don’t care about the complexities. They just expect it to work. And the smaller businesses don’t always have the in-house staff to be able to make it work.”
The ReliaTel Service Success Pack also lets Managed Service Providers “accelerate their service business and gain significant competitive traction in the explosive Avaya IP Office market segment,” Shirley Balarezo (News - Alert), president of Tone Software, added in a recent statement.
