Other important features of the expanded VoIP monitoring include detailed analysis of Avaya RTCP and CDR call data, QoS alarming, dynamic QoS metric dashboards, and the ability to perform availability pings on monitored servers. In addition, a limited-time QoS reporting option can be activated upon request to provide key QoS trending reports for monitored Avaya, Cisco, and Lync end points. It supports monitoring for up to 750 end points across the supported platforms.
