New York-based actionable intelligence firm Verint (News - Alert) Systems Inc recently reported a host of achievements that affirm the company’s leadership position in the business intelligence and workforce optimization arena. In a press release, Verint revealed that two of its customers, which deployed the Vovici (News - Alert) Enterprise Feedback Management solution, have received Forrester's 2012 "Voice of the Customer Award."
Verint Systems boasts a comprehensive portfolio of analytic software and hardware for the security, surveillance, and business intelligence markets. Its proprietary Enterprise Intelligence Solutions and Security Intelligence Solutions help worldwide organizations capture and analyze complex, underused information sources – such as voice, video and unstructured text – to enable more timely, effective decisions. Verint solutions are currently in use by more than 10,000 organizations in 150 countries, including over 85 percent of the Fortune 100.
Standing out among some 40 award nominations, these organizations were recognized by Forrester (News - Alert) for their ability to analyze insights from surveys, social media and employee listening posts to identify opportunities to simplify processes and remove customer, partner and employee pain points, Verint informed in a press rleease.
Verint Syatems also received top "hot" vendor honor for agent performance management from Ventana Research. Ventana Research has ranked Verint as the top software vendor in its new 2012 Value Index for Agent Performance Management. The Ventana Research Value Index examines the maturity of software vendors and their products, providing a baseline of knowledge that organizations may use when aligning business and IT to manage and improve agent performance.
“Based on our research and verifiable facts, Ventana determines which technology vendors earn the highest rating for product delivery and buyer value. We use a best practices-based methodology, including a detailed review of product functionality and effectiveness of vendor support for the buying process and customer assurance. On the basis of this research, we congratulate Verint for its well-earned title of Hot Vendor,” VP and Research Director of Customer and Contact Management at Ventana Research Richard Snow noted in a statement.
To top it all off, the new "2012 Workforce Optimization Market Share Report" from DMG Consulting, has put Verint market share ahead by double digits.
The DMG Consulting report sought to explain why customers continue to invest in Verint's solutions. The company holds the lead position in worldwide revenue and market share in many categories, including WFO and recording solutions, quality assurance/management, voice recording, non-contact center recording and TDM recording.
The recognitions signifies the efficacy of Verint software and services in giving out tangible return on investment (ROI) and creating business value for its customers worldwide.
Earlier this month Verint Systems announced the winners of its annual "Innovator of the Year" awards program.
