CTI (News - Alert) Group, a provider of telecom billing analysis, call recording and call accounting applications for legacy, VoIP and mobile telephony, announced its revenues for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011, has increased to $4,000,590 and $8,116,956, respectively, as compared to revenues for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010 of $3,578,032 and $7,518,089.
The voice management company reported a net loss of $281,698 and $624,214 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011 respectively, or $0.01 and $0.02 per share, respectively; however, this shows an improvement over the previous year. CTI Group had reported a net loss of $447,519 and $670,650, respectively, or $0.02 and $0.02 per share, respectively, for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010.
Company officials attribute the increase in revenues and decrease in net losses for the three and six months ended June, 2011, to the increases in demand from UK operations.
"We are very encouraged by the improvement in our second quarter results,” said John Birbeck (News - Alert), CTI Group's president and CEO, in a statement. “The significant improvement in the liquidity of the company better positions us to pursue profitable growth opportunities."

These solutions provide enterprise customers with customized access to their provider's eBusiness portal and their complex service invoices, company officials said.
With its Proteus (News - Alert) suite of products, CTI Group enables institutions and government agencies to track communications activity and to control costs associated with operating communications networks. Important functionalities offered by Proteus include call accounting, cost allocation, client bill-back, analyses of trunk traffic and calling and usage patterns, toll fraud detection, directory services.
The EIM suite of products from CTI Group provides analysis for complete on-line customer care of mobile, fixed line and data services. It includes features like SplitBill, which enables users to automate Business vs Personal use; and Dynamic Reports, which is a "push" analysis, billing and advertising medium for mobile, data and fixed line, targeting the consumer and SMB markets.
