Hill Associates Corporation won a task order from the U.S. Department of Justice to provide IT consulting services in support of enterprise network and application services operated by the DOJ Office of the Chief Information Officer. The task order is valued at approximately $20 million over five years if all option periods are exercised by DOJ.
Consulting services in the areas of program management, security architecture, financial management and network engineering in support of the DOJ's 2,000-plus site enterprise network, JUTNet, a managed service provided by AT&T (News - Alert), will be provided by the Hill Associates team. Additionally, task work is expected to encompass strategic network and voice modernization initiatives, network security infrastructure projects, and transition activities to the GSA (News - Alert) Networx contract vehicle.
"Our high quality technical development and program management work on JUTNet since inception in 2002 has been integral to the success of this major enterprise network program," said Kelsey Hill, company president, in a press release. "This work has provided a strong understanding of the agency's law enforcement and civilian Component requirements that positions us well to help shape the Department's IP-based data/voice/video network infrastructure in the coming years."
For the task work, Hill Associates will serve as prime contractor. It has also partnered with a proven team of subcontractors including High Performance Technologies, Inc., eMentum, and Interactive Technology Solutions (News - Alert) LLC for this award.
