Quintum (News - Alert) Technologies, a supplier of VoIP gateways, has launched two new microsites.
The first is a Microsoft (News - Alert) site, at http://www.quintum.com/microsoft/index.html. The microsite discusses the benefits of Quintum’s Tenor VoIP switches and gateways for Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007. Quintum is a certified partner of Microsoft.
According to Quintum, the Tenor VoIP switches provide simple connectivity to the public switched telephone network as well as integration with legacy PBX systems.
The microsite also enables users to download the public beta version of Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, and provides a link to Quintum’s main site.
The other microsite is a Frost and Sullivan site, at http://www.quintum.com/frost2007/index.html. This microsite explains in detail Quintum’s multipath switching architecture used in its Tenor gateway. Besides describing how the switching architecture eases gateway deployment, it discusses how the Tenor product promotes dynamic call routing and offers an integrated H.323 gatekeeper or a local SIP proxy in order to provide survivability.
Frost and Sullivan awarded Quintum its 2007 Product Differentiation Innovation Award, in recognition of the company’s ability to grow and strengthen its position in the enterprise media gateway market through intensive in-house product development.
