Telinta, a cloud-based VoIP switching and billing solutions provider will be offering its customers direct access to TransferTo mobile top-up accounts from its hosted softswitch platform via API.

The company’s telecom service provider customers look to benefit from this direct access to TransferTo, which provides international prepaid airtime remittance services covering more than 300 mobile operators in 100 countries.

TransferTo CEO Eric Barbier said, “Telinta’s hosted platform enables telecom service providers to easily access TransferTo’s mobile top-up services from the same platform they use today to manage other key parts of their business.”

Many VoIP service providers include mobile top-up as a featured service in their portfolio, along with calling card, pinless, callback and other types of telecom services.

TeliCore, Telinta’s carrier-grade Class 4 and Class 5 softswitch platform, thus aims to allow these telecom service providers to easily integrate all such critical components of a VoIP business easily, including TransferTo’s mobile top-up.

TransferTo is a global airtime remittance hub that can interconnect mobile operators’ prepaid systems to deliver end-to-end cross-border top-up services. TransferTo serves the needs of mobile network operators, retailers, money transfer providers, financial institutions and international travelers.
