The company earned ShoreTel’s partner customer excellence award and was also honored as a customer satisfaction achiever in Shore Tel’s champion partner program. In addition, it was given the rating of “world class” in customer satisfaction for the 14th time by an independent third-party analyst group.

ShoreTel uses the globally recognized net promoter score (NPS) model to recognize top performing partners. This model not only ascertains the level of customer satisfaction, but also finds out to what extent customers would recommend the reseller (in this case Total Technologies LLC) to a friend or colleague.
