Speedflow Communications, a provider of wholesale VoIP, VoIP retail, VoIP switches and VoIP billing solutions, revealed it will be participating at GITEX 2012, being held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center (DICEC) from October 14th to the 18th. At the event, the company will be showcasing its carrier-grade MediaCore Softswitch, a Class 4 Softswitch specifically designed to handle VoIP traffic transit.
Released back in June, the MediaCore offering powers dial peer routing algorithms for boosting client’s productivity and flexibility. The solution also includes an enhanced Call Detail Records (CDR) generation mechanism and context routing for voice providers with geographically distributed server clusters. The sophisticated and tailored routing feature helps to increase call completion by up to 15 percent and minimizes routine workflow.
Further, the revamped VoIP switch boasts a multicurrency feature which will enable VoIP companies to accept different currencies during their operation without having to worry about converting price lists and balances from one currency into another.
Speedflow Communications will also be exhibiting a wide range of telecom services including wholesale, premium and CLI VoIP solutions at the conference in addition to its CallMax Class 5 Softswitch which is ideal for retail telecom operators and Pay-n-Get transaction processing systems for prepaid services sales.
In another announcement in the VoIP switch industry, TMCnet reported that Sippy Software has revealed that the upcoming release of its new softswitch will offer enhanced support for IPv6.
Complete with IPv6 support, the VoIP switch solution will bring peace of mind to existing customers, while providing new clients with a fully functional SBC to bridge the gap between IPv4 networks and IPv6-only VoIP infrastructures.
