ITP VoIP, a provider of VoIP solutions, has released an enhanced range of VoIP call features designed to make its service even more customizable and friendly for small businesses.
The newly added VoIP call features include a virtual fax line option, call-screening VIP Ring function and online account management. With these enhancements, the VoIP solutions provider further proves its commitment to being as accessible and consumer-friendly as regular telephone and cable providers.
These features are added with an eye toward customization and the ability for clients to tailor their accounts to their specific needs, company officials said in a press release.
One such feature offered by the VoIP solutions provider is a Virtual Fax plan. Designed for small business customers, the Virtual Fax plan makes fax processes much less cumbersome at just $9.99 per month. The fax service allows clients to send and receive faxes entirely over e-mail and can work with almost any local phone service across the country. At one time, users can send faxes to up to three individual e-mail addresses, making the plan an efficient, low-cost, and flexible option, particularly for small business owners.
ITP VoIP offers a range of inexpensively priced month-to-month VoIP plans. Beginning at only $9.99 per month, the Basic Plan, which is comprised of one phone line and includes features such as unlimited inbound calls, free voicemail, caller ID, call forwarding, call waiting, and three-way calling, comes with the additional bonus of a month of free Voice over IP services.
Additionally, the VIP Ring functionality enables business owners and individuals to select a pre-approved list of contacts from whom they would like to accept calls; any numbers not on that list are greeted with a message that says that the line is currently unavailable.
Also, black list and white list features are free of charge which allows both businesses and individuals to actively block unsolicited calls ensuring that they are never interrupted by telemarketers or other dubious or bothersome callers.
The VoIP solutions provider says ultimately it strives to provide its customers with the greatest transparency possible via an online account management system, allowing customers to log in to their VoIP accounts whenever they choose, as well as add or remove features without any hassle or extended holds.
