Allworx, unveiled its Call Assistant application in March, which enables companies to efficiently manage their phone traffic.
“Small businesses with high call volumes can reap all the benefits of enterprise attendant functions without the need to purchase expensive attendant hardware,” the company said in a press release.

“Allworx has developed a completely seamless answering solution for small businesses, specifically designed to meet the needs of both local and remote answering-position applications,” commented Jeffrey R. Szczepanski, chief technology officer, InSciTek, in the press release.
Call Assistant is now available for purchase. . The suggested retail price is $950 for Allworx 10x customers, and $650 for Allworx 6x customers.
