Elision Technolab LLP of India has introduced a variety of new VICIDial feature modules. And it’s promoting the fact that it also does custom software to create and enhance VICIDial-based solutions.
VICIDial is an open source contact center solution. More than 14,000 companies in more than 100 countries use this technology today, according to the VICIDial Corp. website.
The VICIDial custom modules developed by Elisiontec include an
Advanced Security module that provides software to server level security, a
Custom Billing Module, and a Custom recording module. Also new is a
Disposition Bucket module that provides Automated Disposition messages to make the agent's work of addition disposition easier and faster. Elision Technolab also offers an Email Module, Graphics Reports, an SMS Module, and a Soundboard Module, and a Survey Module. And the company’s new Sticky Agent feature allows users to route calls to the same agent a customer talked with last time or on frequent basis.
In addition to all that, Elision provides a predictive dialer, which promises to double sales and eliminate idle agent time. It offers Click2Call Web, which enables businesses to engage with their online visitors over a telephone. Its IVR system automates communications and contacts with callers. Its IP PBX (News - Alert) solution helps organizations lower their month phone bills and enhance their communications. It offers a video telephony solution through which users can make and receive unlimited video phone calls around the world. And its Voice Logger solution allows for voice recording and logging.
Punjab & Maharashtra Co-operative Bank, one of the top 10 cooperative banks of India, uses a contact center solution provided by Elisiontec. PMC Bank replaced its previous call center solution with this one and got far more functionality and decreased its contact center-related costs by 50 percent as a result.
