The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted patents to Voip-Pal.com Inc. for its Enhanced 911 or E911, and Routing, Billing and Rating or RBR technologies. Voip-Pal currently holds three patents to its name, includes the latest issued patents.
While patent number 8,537,805 has been issued to Enhanced 911 on September 17, 2013, Routing, Billing and Rating has been granted patent number 8,542,815 on September 24, 2013. In the first half of 2013, Voip-Pal’s Lawful Intercept was issued patent number 8,422,507.
Voip-Pal has also filed a patent for Mobile Gateway (News - Alert). This patent with Publication No. 20110122827 is awaiting approval and has received Notice of Allowance on August 30, 2013. This patent is currently in the concluding stages before approval. The organization has also filed a fifth patent, which is presently in the examination stage.
