Earlier this year, Patton (News - Alert) revealed that its esteemed line of SmartNode products would become certified with Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync. Since then, the company has continued to maintain its successful stride and activity in the Lync community, including valuable market insight and collateral.

After conducting some experimental trials at Microsoft’s recent Toronto-based Worldwide Partner Conference, the company found that there was a heavy need in the community for a gateway providing SIP to Lync conversion for customers’ existing non-certified IP equipment.
