“Crazy Tom,” a fictional character at VoIP Supply who runs weekly promotions and deals, has been busy this month promoting a pretty good deal on three Cisco (News - Alert) phones.

VoIP Supply, a leading provider of VoIP equipment, is offering a promotion until the end of the month for customers that promises that if you buy four Cisco phones from VoIP Supply the fifth will be free if you opt for one of the following Cisco models: Cisco SPA303G, Cisco SPA504G and Cisco SPA525G.

Crazy Tom, who is constantly finding new VoIP equipment deals, had a few reasons for offering this promotion, according to company officials.

“Every Monday Crazy Tom opens the door of his office and walks over to VoIP Supply’s Chief Marketing Officer Garrett Smith’s (News - Alert) office and without saying a word hands him a piece of paper with a promotion scrawled on it,” Crazy Tom told TMCnet in a recent interview. “There are no pleasantries exchanged or even eye contact between them – just the handing over of the deal.”
