VoIP Supply Names Michael Russo Executive Vice President

VoIP Supply LLC has named Michael Russo as executive vice president.

Russo will oversee the company’s fulfillment division which offers provisioning and logistics for voice over IP service providers.

Russo previously worked as director sales & marketing with Crosswater Digital Media, LLC and brings with him over 10 years of experience as a director or VP of sales and marketing and is a graduate of New York University - Tisch School of the Arts (B.A. Performing Arts).


"VoIP Supply is excited to add a very capable member to head up an emerging division for us," said Benjamin P. Sayers, chief executive officer of VoIP Supply, in a statement.

"With Russo combined with our industry knowledge and experience, we can now provide turnkey solutions through our fulfillment services," said Sayers.

VoIP Supply, LLC, a division of Sayers Technology Holdings, is one of North America's leading supplier of VoIP Equipment and complete systems with offerings for businesses, service providers and resellers.

In addition to a comprehensive product catalog, the company offers technical support, extended warranties, device configuration, installations and logistical services.

Back in March, VoIP Supply LLC had announced that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named VoIP Supply the 2010 TMC (News - Alert) Vendor Supplier of the Year.

The TMC Vendor Supplier of the Year honored VoIP Supply for their outstanding performance and dedication to deliver VoIP and IP Communications solutions to its customers.

Earlier in the same month, VoIP Supply had announced that the 2011 operating budget for the Reclaim Equipment Buyback Program has been increased threefold to $3 million dollars.

In December 2009, VoIP Supply announced the introduction of their equipment buyback program called Reclaim. Customers were offered a channel to sell used or excess VoIP equipment to recoup some of their initial investment or to help offset the cost of their new technology purchases.

The simple five step process that sellers have been following has become so successful that VoIP Supply’s Reclaim budget for acquisitions has tripled from $1 million to $3 million annually. The tremendous response and demand for this service has been realized in just one calendar year.
