Interoperability testing of Compunetix’s CONTEX Summit with BroadWorks, the VoIP application server by BroadSoft (News - Alert) has been completed. In a release, Gerard Pompa, senior vice president and division manager of the Compunetix Communications Systems (News - Alert) Division said, "We put our hardware through rigorous interoperability testing - to assure that our customers have the quality of service regardless of the network and environment. Voice quality is paramount to us, and is what differentiates us in the industry."

Pompa added that the company will continue to ensure seamless integration with the partners. No loss of quality service in network translation will be therefore ensured.

In a release, Benjamin Krokosky, director of software engineering at Compunetix (News - Alert) said, "Compunetix products work within IMS environments and our interoperability status proves that the scalability, voice quality, and overall reliability inherent in our systems remain intact regardless of the VoIP infrastructure."
