Alert) to meet its demanding system specifications.
Interaction Gateway provides a TDM-to-SIP
gateway when integrated with the Interactive Intelligence all-in-one communications software suite. The suite includes the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) product for contact center automation, and its Vonexus (
News -
Alert) Enterprise Interaction Center (Vonexus EIC) product for enterprise IP
telephony.
In addition, when used with the Interactive Intelligence Interaction Dialer product, the Interaction Gateway gives “high-volume outbound contact centers accurate predictive call analysis capabilities.”
