Avtex Wins Two Awards at Interactive Intelligence�s Annual Partner Conference

VoIP contact center solutions provider Interactive Intelligence honored partner Avtex Solutions, a Minnesota-based applications and systems integrator, with its Pace Setter Award for generating the highest total annual sales in North America. The award was given during Interactive Intelligence’s annual Partner Conference held in Indianapolis, Ind.


In addition Avtex (News - Alert) won a new award for generating the Most Overall Hardware Sales in a 12 month period.

This is the sixth year Avtex has won the Pace Setter Award. The company outperformed more than 300 Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) resellers to claim both of these awards.
 
“With the highest total revenue generated, for the sixth year, Avtex again clearly demonstrates its unique understanding of all that CIC has to offer – from the universal cost-savings of its unique software-based, single-platform architecture, to its breadth of communications applications designed to enhance customer service and increase employee productivity across all vertical industries,” said Paul Weber, Interactive Intelligence vice president of sales, in a release.

CIC, or Customer Interaction Center, is Interactive Intelligence’s unified suite of applications for the contact center. The all-in-one, software-based solution offers IP-PBX (News - Alert), ACD, IVR, call recording/monitoring, performance management, workforce management, surveys, process automation and more, all on a tightly integrated platform.
