Shadow Technology, a privately held company based in the U.K. and U.S., has stated that consumers can now choose from three discounted bundle options for their Call Management software – Call-Shadow until the end of September.
Consumers can choose the software for a 50 channel license priced at $16,256 inclusive of 12 months support, or a 100 channel license for $ 30,602 with 12 months support or a 200 channel license for $ 57,506 with 12 months support. Alternatively they can also opt for Call-Shadow for a 12 month rental contract, inclusive of support, for $7.50 per IP phone, per month.
The company has claimed that they have received a large number of inquiries about their solution from APAC and Middle East Countries and is considering starting an aggressive Reseller recruitment drive there. The intention will be to capitalize on the high interest and capture a large share of these growing markets.
Shadow Marketing Director, Alex Kafkarides has commented that though they are not trying to win business and further dropping the prices of their products is impossible, they are pleased to see that interest in their products from APAC and ME, both good steady markets for them, has grown considerably over the past few months, which only indicates that they must be doing something right.
According to the company, Call-Shadow is a software based solution, built today for tomorrow's problems. It has been developed to meet the growing demands of organizations looking to reap the benefits of using IP for their telephony systems and users, namely reducing cost and improving service. It is an easy to use call recording solution that implements the corporate call record keeping policy and provides secure, easy access to call recordings and is highly integrated with Cisco (News - Alert) CallManager, having an XML phone service which allows replaying calls directly on the phone.
Call-Shadow is compatible with Cisco and all products using the SIP protocol, and can be downloaded from the company’s site for a 30-day free evaluation.
