Q: To start, can you tell me a little bit about your company? What did it set out to accomplish when it began? Have those goals grown or changed over time?
A: We started in 2005, a few years after the voice market had been liberated in Romania. We had a clear goal: to offer very competitive and good quality solutions for the alternative voice service providers. As the market has changed over time, we have been facing a phase of market consolidation, but we are proud to say that most of the alternative service providers with which we started cooperation nine years ago are still on the market and represent the basis for introducing new technologies and solutions in Romania. We are a very ambitious team, committed to getting involved in next-generation technologies and to delivering best-of-breed solutions to our customers. From that perspective, our goals are continuously changing for the better.
Q: What have been your company’s most recent successes?
A: Introducing new vendors on the local market and growing their market share is always challenging when facing a very competitive environment. But we like that challenge and we are happy to say that we have recently introduced in Romania new brands for digital VoIP gateways, GPON and FTTH solutions.
Q: How did your relationship with SIP Print (News - Alert) begin, and what is the relationship now?
A: We noticed a gap on the market, especially for SMBs, for high quality recording solutions that were fully SIP compliant and interoperable with major brands of IPPBX. We found out that SIP Print could fill very well that gap. So, we contacted them and started to build our business relationship.
