Companies of all sizes have turned to call recording solutions to improve quality, performance and the customer experience. Other reasons, such as regulatory compliance and protection from liability exposure, draw organizations to search for call management and call recording solutions to best fit their needs.
SIP Print (News - Alert) is a provider of VoIP call recording and management solutions, including call accounting, SIPCare Reporting and Control, screen capture, quality assurance, workforce management and speech analytics. The SIP Print appliance "listens" to telephone calls on a local or wide area network, captures the SIP packets and RTP packets, reassembles them, stores the assembled IP packets as a wav file and records it in the SIP Print database. The SIP Print appliance does away with an application programming interface (API) or a computer telephony integration (CTI (News - Alert)) with a PBX, since IP endpoints, the telephones, now have the functionality of "old" TDM or digital PBX's.
The company attends ITEXPO (News - Alert), a communications and technology event held next week in Miami, for “several reasons, but of course most of all to promote our product to the many attendees that come to the show from all over the world. We also spend time with the attendees discussing technology and setting up future appointments and demonstrations of our product,” explained Don Palmer (News - Alert), CEO and president, SIP Print. ITEXPO also provides an opportunity to catch up with companies and “not just read about them.”
The nature of the SIP world is fluctuating each year as compliance standards change, networking providers come and go, and the cloud proliferates amongst businesses large and small. But, regardless of varying trends on the communications technology scene, SIP Print knows that businesses still need to record calls, and the competitive businesses are doing so over IP networks.
“I am excited to see our potential customers that we have set appointments with and discuss how they can generate revenue by selling our product,” said Palmer. “ITEXPO is a great way to meet the folks you generally talk with over the phone and now you can see and be more aware of these folks and how they work. It is an eye-opening experience for sure. I am anticipating a really exciting show with lots of new folks and attendees.”
Attendees can expect to see that SIP Print is continuing to grow and distribute its products to more markets globally. It will also be unveiling some key features that have been in customer demand in the past.
“SIP Print is developing our products for some of the largest IP gateway manufacturers in the world and we will be sharing how these developments fit key technology segments across the broad spectrum of IP technology,” Palmer added. “SIP Print is continually looking ahead within the IP market and moving our product into the belly of these technology giants. It is a very exciting time for SIP Print and we are looking forward to a very exciting and productive show,” said Palmer.
