IT VoIP, a provider of Internet telephony, announced new features to its hosted VoIP services, which enable small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to achieve instant credibility and efficiency.
The enhanced VoIP telephones include features like Advanced Call Forwarding, Voice-mail to E-mail or Text and other choice functions. The service now includes a “Wake Up Call” option, which enables customers to set their phones to work as alarms by calling them in the morning.
The Advanced Outbound Callback enables customers to control which telephone numbers, such as international telephone numbers, can be dialed from their phones. Users can also record important conversations using Call Recording.
ITP VoIP also offers all standard features such as Anonymous Call Rejection, Instant Call Records, Three Way Calling and Local Number Portability. Anonymous Call Rejection is available for people looking to prevent anonymous or restricted phone calls from reaching them.
Company officials say the new features offer more comprehensive personal services ideal for business and residential clients alike.
Additional services are available for individual flat low monthly rates. For example, E-fax or E-mail Fax is available to customers for $9.99 a month and includes 500 free pages.
The company has announced a global cellular plan that costs $4.99 a month and does not require a change of phone number. The company also offers digital phone service on a computer or laptop. At $9.99 a month, business owners and college students alike are able to afford it. The list of services is available at http://www.ITPVoIP.com.
