This Web-based graphical user interface is designed for the monitoring of Interact VoiceXML and Real-Time Billing and Rating solutions.

With the monitoring capabilities of Realize, multiple Interact systems are allowed across local or wide area networks (LAN, WAN) as well as remote standalone Interact system. All can be monitored and controlled at a single point.

Realize is designed to simplify system monitoring through the provision of a graphical interface to manage multiple Interact systems at a single point of control. This interface allows stats of interest to be viewed graphically in real-time.

Realize offers a Scheduling Screen that enables users to schedule reports to run at certain times or by a certain interval if made repeatable. This application allows users to sent reports to individuals or groups by way of e-mail.

An Alerts Screen within Realize allows access to a list of alerts that have been created and whether or not the alerts have been read. Alerts can be created based on filters or by certain criteria entered by the user. Alarm notifications can be sent to individuals or groups when the alert is triggered.
