Interact Incorporated, a software company dedicated to developing high performance communication solutions for enterprises and operators worldwide, has announced the integration of IP-PBX (News - Alert) into their Listen portfolio.
Officials with Interact said that Listen is a fully-automated, full-duplex conferencing, voicemail and IP-PBX application.
Company officials said that utilizing enhanced digital technology, Listen requires no operator intervention, resulting in a state-of-the-art system that supports all communication needs.
According to company officials, Interact’s Listen application provides all the features of other high-end, proprietary systems – at a much lower Total Cost of Ownership.
Special bridging equipment is not required as the system is a pure-software telephony application that resides on a single server or host.
Company officials pointed out that like all Interact products, Listen offers unlimited scalability and supports simultaneous users. The system may be implemented as a service provider solution or as a stand-alone conferencing, voicemail and IP-PBX unit for ones business.

Gissler said that the company’s easy to use Web-based graphical user interface allows for easy monitoring and management of conferences, voicemail, and IP-PBX at a much lower Total Cost of Ownership by having multiple communication solutions residing on one system.
According to company officials, by integrating conferencing, voicemail and IP-PBX into one comprehensive solution, Interact’s Listen provides a feature rich communications solution to meet businesses fast paced needs.
With a robust graphical user interface to streamline the end-user experience, the Listen solution is an essential element for organizations requiring rapid responsiveness, company officials said.
