To improve communication services among business owners in the Atlanta area, Edge Solutions, a provider of IT solutions, has announced a new partnership to resell Voice over IP solutions and services from Intorrent Technologies (News - Alert).

The addition of Intorrent VoIP provides Edge Solutions with a broadband Internet connection to make low-cost phone calls.  Intorrent VoIP offers a variety of new opportunities for providing voice solutions to Edge Solutions’ customers across the Southern United States, and to the company’s key target verticals, including healthcare, state and local government, higher education, media and entertainment, and finance/banking.

With this partnership, Edge Solutions will be able to leverage Intorrent Supercell, Intorrent Technologies’ cloud/hosted phone system. Intorrent Supercell can run a company’s communications systems via the Internet. Companies can use this service by renting online server space, based on an organization’s needs.

Intorrent VoIP doesn’t require on-site hardware. For small businesses with multiple small branch locations, Intorrent Supercell works as cost-effective communications system and saves space in a company’s IT center.
