With so many different languages, Supertooth has opened up its market to consumers all around the world, which is another trend we are beginning to seeing industries of all kinds, like call centers.

The idea of incorporating agents that speak the native language of the consumers calling could be a key factor in business expansion. Callzilla, a call center focused on Hispanic marketing, is just one of the first companies that have begun to address problems of language barrier. This new Bluetooth feature is compatible with all mobile phones and smartphones that use Bluetooth technology. It does not have to be installed as it is a device that can be clipped on sun visor and easily paired to the device.
